Carbon Fiber → precision & stability for clean dinks, drops, and counters.
Fiberglass → easy pop & forgiving feel for beginners and family play.

Each element of your paddle changes how it performs. Carbon fiber offers precision and spin control, while fiberglass gives you more pop and forgiveness. Thicker cores (around 16 mm) provide a softer feel and stability for resets and dinks, while thinner builds (10–13 mm) deliver speed and power. Combine that with your preferred weight range, and you’ll find the sweet spot where your paddle moves — and feels — just right.

16 mm = softer feel, larger sweet spot, control/resets.
13–14 mm = balanced: quicker rebound with solid touch.
10–12 mm = most pop & speed; playful for drives.
Light (~7.3–7.8 oz) = faster hands & easy maneuvering.
Mid (~7.9–8.3 oz) = balanced power + control (great start).
