Orders & Shipping
Most in-stock orders placed on business days ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order heads out.
Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch. (Timelines may vary during holidays or carrier delays.)
Yes—expedited options appear at checkout when available for your address and cart contents.
Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link, or log into your account to view status and updates.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Orders that have shipped can’t be modified, but you can start a return when it arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase isn’t a perfect match, you can request a return. See our full Returns & Refunds page for eligibility, time windows, and step-by-step instructions.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once your item is received and inspected. (Timing varies by bank/issuer.)
Yes—start with a return of the original item, then place a new order for the correct item. This is the fastest way to lock in inventory.
Accessories generally need to be in new condition with original packaging to be eligible (see Returns page for details).
Warranty & Quality
Yes—paddles are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months (coverage is for defects in materials/workmanship, not normal wear). See our Warranty section on the Returns page or contact support for help.
Cosmetic wear (edge scuffs, surface scratches), damage from abuse/modifications, water exposure, or heat damage typically aren’t covered.
Email our team with your order info, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Paddle Specs & Performance
Choose thickness based on your play style: speed & power vs. touch & control.
- Thinner cores (10–14mm): faster ball exit and pop; great for quick hands and drives.
- Thicker cores (16mm): more dwell time and control; softer feel at the kitchen.

If you’re between sizes, a smaller grip is more versatile—you can always build up with overgrip. Larger hands or wrist-sensitive players may prefer a slightly thicker handle.
Sanctioned tournament play often requires USAP-approved paddles that meet size, weight, and surface-texture standards. Check each product page for approval status and current certificate links.

Paddle Care & Maintenance
Use a purpose-made carbon-face cleaning block/eraser, like our Revive Palm Paddle Eraser, to safely lift ball residue and restore texture. Wipe the edge guard and handle with a soft, slightly damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
Avoid heat (cars, direct sun) and moisture. Use a paddle cover to minimize scuffs and keep debris off the face between matches.
Lifespan depends on frequency, intensity, and care. Competitive players who drill daily will cycle paddles faster than casual players. Warranty covers defects—not normal performance fade over time.
